Thisisahigh-trust,fullyin-officeroleforsomeonewhothrivesinafast-movingenvironmentandtakesgenuineprideinkeepingthingsrunningsmoothly.
Youwillbetheoperationalanchoroftheofficeandatrustedright-handtoseniorleadership,blendingexecutiveassistancewithofficemanagementandcross-functional support.
Onenon-negotiable:thisfirmisseriousaboutAI.TheywantsomeonewhoalreadyusesAItoolsdailyasacorepartofhowtheywork,notsomeonecuriousaboutit.
WHATYOU'LLDO- ManagetheCOO'scalendar,correspondence,andcomplexdomesticandinternationaltravellogistics
- Preparebriefingmaterials,meeting agendas,andfollow-upsforseniorleadership
- Overseethe day-to-dayrunningofthe
Brickelloffice,including vendors,facilities,and supplies - Coordinate in-office events,executive engagements,andteamgatherings
- Provide project-basedsupporttothemarketingfunctiononselectdeliverables
- Driveprocessimprovementsandsupportinternaldocumentationandcommunications
- 3to5yearsofexecutiveassistantexperiencesupportingC-suiteorseniorleadership
- DemonstrateddailyuseofAItools(ChatGPT,Claude,Copilot,orsimilar)-thiswillbeassessedatinterview
- Basedin Miami;
Brickell-adjacentstronglypreferred.
Thisisafullyin-officerolewithnoremoteoption - Highly organised,discreet,andproactivewithstrongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeand Google Workspace
- Spanishfluencyisameaningfuladvantagegiventhefirm'sregionalfootprint
- Salary of USD $75K-$85K
