Our client is a law firm with offices across the United States. They are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to join the team. The position is on site 5 days per week at their beautiful office in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, FL.

Who You Are
  • You have 1+ years of experience in office operations, administrative support, or workplace coordination
  • Comfortable with hands‑on office tasks and can manage multiple priorities at once
  • Flexible with scheduling and willing to step in for front desk coverage when needed
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and courier requests
  • Maintain office supply inventory and keep shared spaces organized and fully stocked
  • Support onboarding logistics by preparing workstations and materials for new hires
  • Partner with internal teams to assist with operational needs and special projects
  • Provide reception coverage and general office support as required
What Success Looks Like
  • Daily office operations run efficiently with minimal oversight
  • Employees and visitors receive timely, professional support
  • Supplies, shipments, and workspace setup are handled accurately and without disruption

Salary Range: $45,000 – 50,000 annually, based on experience

Location: Brickell, Miami, FL – Fully on site
