Crew Administrator

The Crew Admin supports the Head of Human Resources and is responsible for Team Member movements on and off the Destination, travel arrangements, documents' validation, room assignments, etc. Additionally, this position supports the HR Team in all aspects of Team Member engagement activities. The Crew Admin collaborates with the Private Destination Scheduler to ensure the accuracy and timely update of Team Member records in E1 and Fidelio.

This position leads by example and requires exemplary organization, attention to detail, excellent Team Member satisfaction, and engagement.

All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International's Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
