Data Entry Clerk

Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support a growing organization in South Florida. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

+ Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and internal systems.

+ Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entering information.

+ Verify, correct, and reconcile data discrepancies.

+ Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

+ Scan, upload, and organize documents for recordkeeping.

+ Generate reports and assist with data tracking as requested.

+ Process forms, invoices, and other business documents with a high level of accuracy.

+ Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to obtain missing or updated information.

+ Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and customer information.

+ Provide general administrative support as needed.
