Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This individual will serve as a true right hand to the CEO, managing an extremely dynamic schedule while acting as a polished extension of him internally and externally.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and can operate with urgency, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's highly active and constantly evolving calendar
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, often on short notice
- Ensure calendar alignment across executives, investors, and stakeholders
- Travel alongside the CEO for investor meetings and business engagements as needed
- Act as a professional liaison between the CEO and investors/external partners
- Assist in facilitating conversations and relationship management on the CEO's behalf
- Review incoming commercial contracts and assist with administrative oversight
- Track priorities, action items, and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Support day-to-day business operations and occasional personal logistics
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Utilize productivity and AI tools including Google Workspace, Asana, Claude, and ChatGPT
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Previous experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive preferred
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience required
- Background in sales, account management, hospitality, or client services preferred
- Comfortable interacting with investors, executives, and high-level stakeholders
- Strong communicator with polished interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
- Flexible schedule and responsive outside traditional business hours when needed
- Base depending on experience and fit
- 401(k) program currently being implemented
