Job Title: Temporary Program Assistant
Job SummaryThe Center for Children and Families is currently seeking a Temporary Program Assistant to join their team of professionals.
Duties- Answer phone calls, greet clients/patients/visitors, respond to center emails.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail to all CCF space as requested and post outgoing mail.
- Assist in the implementation of CCF activities and events as needed.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Assist center staff and faculty with daily tasks such as photocopying, scanning of records, etc. as requested and approved by supervisor.
- Maintain center databases and lists as required.
- Process payments and follow all PCI guidelines and center procedures for doing so.
- Maintain office supplies organized and restocked.
- Schedule CCF and other university space as needed for CCF-related activities.
- Place and follow up on placed work orders as needed.
High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of office or related experience providing administrative support, or coordinating functions of an office or department.
