Contract to Hire – Corporate Office, Operations Assistant
Rate: $25 hourly
Duration: 6 months, contract to hire
End Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
Location:
Miami, FL
Onsite: 5 days/week

Qualifications- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, service, or similar environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
- Ability to take direction, work independently, and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows, and familiarity with tools like One Note and SharePoint; ability to use office equipment such as printers and copiers.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds throughout the workday.
- A motivated self-starter who thrives both independently and within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail and packages across the office, including interoffice deliveries.
- Configure, reset, and maintain conference rooms to support meetings and events efficiently.
- Assist with copy, print, and scanning requests using multifunction equipment.
- Maintain common areas, address spills or supply needs, and ensure a clean, organized environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to keep office and facilities supplies well stocked.
- Provide responsive, professional support to attorneys, staff, and visitors, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
- Support daily activities across Facilities Services, Digital and Delivery Services, Food Services/Catering, Safety and Security, Guest Services, and Space Planning.
