Provide administrative and financial support to the Senior Manager of Brand Finance, including data entry, purchase order creation and processing, invoice and billing review, and spend tracking. Monitor financial expenditures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and support reporting needs. Perform additional administrative, financial, and operational tasks as needed to support the Brand Finance team and business objectives.
JOBROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Purchase order processing in Oracle for Eight Marketing Departments including Brand Marketing, Brand Development & Partnerships, Creative, Customer Engagement, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Romance & Celebrations.
- Assist Sr. Manager of Brand Finance in creating a variety of analysis reports or as needed.
- Communicate all active spending activity within departments proficiently and effectively while interacting with management, vendors and team members.
- Keep accurate records of all expense activity in accordance with internal protocols for auditing purposes and assist with all audits as required by Unique group of companies by proactively keeping records current of specific processes.
- Responsible for the timely processing and auditing of the various vendors and ensure purchase orders and invoices align with agreements; as it relates to verifying descriptions, dates, costs, tear sheets and more. Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records.
- Accurately keep track of accounts payable estimates within internal workbooks and request edits/changes to partners as needed.
- Special assignments as requested by department manager.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook with excellent analytical, computational and mathematical abilities.
- Accounting and/or billing experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills/verbal and written.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping programs and related software. Oracle systems a plus.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Keen attention to detail a must.
Education:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
Experience:
Two years or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
