Job Summary
The Revenue Coordinator provides operational and coordination support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the NCL Executive leadership team. This role focuses on supporting the execution of projects, tracking key activities, and helping ensure priorities and deliverables are completed on time. The position serves as a central point of coordination for day-to-day activities, helping to organize information, manage workflows, and support communication across the Revenue organization and broader NCL brand team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the tracking and coordination of projects, initiatives, and key activities aligned to Revenue priorities.
- Maintain organized trackers for milestones, deliverables, and action items to support timely execution.
- Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in coordinating updates, status reports, and next steps across work streams.
- Help organize and prioritize tasks to support efficient execution of team priorities.
- Assist with preparation for leadership meetings, business reviews, and team discussions.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to projects, priorities, and decisions.
- Support the preparation of recurring reports and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, offsites, and events.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Revenue team.
- Manage and coordinate the CRO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with key priorities and commitments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
- Track action items and support follow-through on deliverables.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for scheduling and coordination needs, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's Degree
Field(s) Of StudyBusiness Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Experience- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably working with senior executives.
- Strong calendar management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful
- Professional presence and executive maturity
- Strong prioritization and follow-through
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
