The Data Specialist I in the Felony Records Center is responsible for preparing case files for Scanning, Renaming Documents, Uploading Media and saving into our in-house file management program. This position is being offered on our OPS (Other Personnel Services) temporary payroll, with health insurance benefits. The work schedule for this position is 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
TheJob Responsibilities
- Preparing files for Scanning
- Scan all documents in file
- Rename documents that were scanned
- Upload all media located in file
- Tag scanned files in HYDRA
- Identify Certified Documents that must be kept due to retention policies
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- One (1) year secretarial and/or general clerical experience

- Computer literacy and knowledge

Hourly Salary: $16.22
