Job Summary
Provides clerical support to the College of Arts, Sciences & Education Dean's office. Serves as the Office Associate and front line person to greet and direct visitors.
- Provides ongoing clerical support to the Dean's office. Provides occasional support to other professionals in the office including managing multiple calendars.
- Coordinates ordering and completes requisitions for purchasing for all office expenditures. Maintains inventory of supplies. Orders catering services for meetings and events as needed.
- Serves as the Office Associate for the Office of the Dean. Serves as front line person to greet and direct visitors. Acts as the first point of contact for students with questions and issues. Maintains reception and breakroom area in a neat and organized fashion.
- Answers telephone calls and responds to inquiries. Takes messages and routes questions to appropriate person.
- Coordinates all space reservations for the Office of the Dean.
- Serves as the University's credit card user for departmental transactions. Adheres to University's rules and regulations. Creates travel authorization requests and expense reports for personnel in the Office of the Dean.
- Assists with all CASE events as needed. Provides logistical, administrative, and on-site support for campus events to ensure seamless operations and a high-quality experience for students, faculty, alumni, and external guests.
High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of office or related experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Required to spend 50% or more of time operating a computer
