Executive Assistant To C-Suite
This is not a typical Executive Assistant role. You will serve as the trusted partner and operational backbone of our CEO. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support. It requires someone who thinks strategically, communicates with precision, and operates with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and a genuine 10X mindset.
You will be the connective tissue between the CEO and the broader organization - managing their schedule, travel, communications, live event logistics, and personal operations - ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that they are always positioned to lead, perform, and close at the highest level.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or C-suite executive in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and travel - this role does not operate on a standard schedule
- Proven experience coordinating private aviation and premium travel logistics
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, X, You Tube, Linked In, Facebook) and content coordination
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the executive's voice with precision
- Demonstrated business acumen - understands organizational priorities, brand positioning, and executive-level decision-making
- Proficiency in calendar and project management tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms)
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage up, down, and laterally
- Impeccable professional presentation and demeanor at all times - in-person, written, and on camera when required
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Fully on-site, Miami, FL based
- Significant domestic and occasional international travel required
- Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and non-traditional schedules
- Must be physically present at live events; some events require extended standing or on-site mobility
- Prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer when not traveling or on-site
