Mail Services Associate I

Lake Mary, FL

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST.

• Processing and delivering incoming and interoffice mail.
• Processing outgoing mail.
• Picking up, sorting, distributing, and routing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Picking up and delivering mail from internal locations.
• Sorting, distributing, and routing mail by organization, department, location, floor, building or individual as instructed.
• Preparing mail and packages for outside pick‑up.
• Serving as a resource for customer inquiries.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating basic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Vaccinated against COVID‑19 and Influenza (unless a valid medical or religious exemption is provided).
