Project Administrator

We re working with a growing construction company seeking a Project Administrator to support their project team in Coral Gables, FL
. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

While construction experience is a plus, our client is primarily looking for someone with strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and project cost tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Project administration or administrative support experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, accountable, and eager to learn.
