Overview
FIFA’s Commercial Legal team, located in Coral Gables, Miami, is seeking a Legal Administrative Clerk to support the Legal & Compliance administrative team in delivering legal services related to football development ranging from grassroots initiatives to elite international competitions. The role supports a growing team and director, providing both administrative and operational assistance.

Responsibilities- Deliver support to a very active and growing team and director.
- Assist with day‑to‑day administrative activities such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordination of travel, and expense requests.
- Assist with day‑to‑day operational functions such as organizing and coordinating events, trainings, programs, and meetings with domestic and international visitors, participants, and associations.
- Support preparation of legal correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, templates, trackers, and reports.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
- Assist in supporting the team’s strategic priorities and development activities.
- Ensure internal processes are adhered to and complied with from an administrative perspective.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks within given deadlines despite competing priorities.
- Act as a dedicated, supportive, and helpful team member of the lead administrative team of the Legal and Compliance Division.

- Willingness to operate outside of comfort zone.
- College or bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years administrative assistant experience or prior legal office experience.
- Native level English (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in any other FIFA language (French/Spanish) is an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficiency in creating presentations.
- Readiness for stand‑by duties and special projects.
