Trust Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the daily administration of trust accounts within a dynamic family office environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the seamless management of estate and fiduciary matters. The right fit for this role will bring proven experience navigating trust documentation, a strong background in estate planning or legal operations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of client confidentiality.

• Support the administration and onboarding of trust accounts and fiduciary relationships.
• Review legal agreements, estate planning documents, and trust structures for compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate account transactions, distributions, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding fiduciary accounts and client files.

• 2+ years of professional experience within the trust or wealth management space.
• Prior legal background as a paralegal or within an estate planning practice is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
• An advanced degree such as a Master's or LLM is highly advantageous.
• Residence in South Florida with the ability to travel to the office on an occasional basis.
