Administrative Assistant

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructure is seeking administrative assistants to provide a variety of administrative and organizational support to our Quality Control Department. The main responsibilities of the administrative assistant will be to organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic systems, complete forms manually and electronically, copying and scanning documents, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

Skills /

Education & Experience:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Read and write English
• Spanish a plus
