Receptionist
A leading firm is seeking a polished, dependable, and service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees at its corporate headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering a white-glove client experience and creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and proactive, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Deliver a high-end, white-glove experience to everyone entering the office.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and notify staff of arriving guests.
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting preparation.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general office coordination.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and standard office technology.
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
- Experience in the Infrastructure, Private Equity, financial services, professional services, or corporate environment is a plus.
