Job SummaryA confidential private office is seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant to provide hands-on support to a UHNWI. This is a high-trust role requiring exceptional organization, discretion, judgment, and the ability to independently manage a wide range of personal and logistical needs.
Responsibilities- Manage complex personal logistics, scheduling, appointments, and reservations
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel
- Liaise with internal teams, household staff, vendors, and external contacts
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and manage changing priorities
- Maintain organization across multiple requests, schedules, and time zones
- Handle highly confidential matters with discretion
- 10+ years of PA/EPA experience, ideally supporting UHNW individuals or families
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently
- Polished, discreet, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
