Job Description Office Assistant – A Kool Saver

A Kool Saver is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be comfortable working with computers, and be able to handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

• Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for customers and field technicians
• Draft correspondence, emails, and other documents
• Maintain and organize customer and office records
• Assist with data entry and general administrative duties
• Communicate with technicians and office staff regarding schedules and customer needs
• Perform other clerical and office tasks as needed

• Bilingual – English and Spanish required
• Previous experience in office administration, customer service, dispatching, or a related field preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Professional and friendly attitude when dealing with customers
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
