Our client - A well-established law firm is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and staff. This individual will play an important role in keeping the office organized, supporting client service, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. Prior law firm or professional services experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and other members of the firm.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, edit, format, scan, copy, and organize documents and correspondence.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and assist with general client inquiries.
  • Greet clients and visitors and maintain a professional front-office environment.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and internal office activities.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with opening, organizing, and maintaining client and matter files.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and other basic administrative tasks.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Support attorneys with travel arrangements and scheduling when required.
  • Assist with general office operations and special projects.
  • Handle sensitive client and firm information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, office support, or related professional experience preferred.
  • Previous law firm or legal environment experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and polished demeanor with strong client-service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.
  • Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
