About UsDorsia is at the forefront of hospitality-tech innovation, redefining how the world gains access to the most in-demand restaurants, events, and experiences. In 2025, we grew revenue 480% and scaled to 400+ venues across 25 destinations, with the launch of our Culture Calendar extending Dorsia beyond restaurants into the world's most sought-after cultural moments.
Backed by $54M in funding from investors including Index Ventures, Invus, and Red Sea Ventures, and strategic partners including Moon Pay, Major Food Group, and The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud, we are entering our most consequential phase of growth and reshaping the global hospitality landscape. We're adding exceptional talent to drive what comes next, and that's where you come in.
The Role
Dorsia is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide one-on-one support to our CEO, building the systems, agents, and dashboards that make his time go further. This role exists to create leverage. You will own the calendar, the inbox, and the flow of information around the CEO, and you will automate that work rather than absorb it by hand. The right person thinks two steps ahead and brings an entrepreneurial spirit that is mission-focused and results-driven.
You will learn the rhythm of the business, know which seasons run hot before they arrive, protect the calendar accordingly, and keep the leadership team informed of where the CEO's attention is going. You will sit close to sensitive financial, legal, and strategic material and handle all of it with absolute discretion. This is a role for someone who has supported C-suite executives in a tech-forward environment and uses AI first to manage details.
You’ll Do Time Optimization & Calendar Strategy
- Own the CEO's calendar end to end, structuring each week around the priorities that move the business forward.
- Map the calendar against the seasonal rhythm of the business, anticipating peak periods and protecting capacity well before they arrive.
- Communicate the CEO's availability, travel, and focus areas to the leadership team so the company plans around a single source of truth.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the CEO's time, weighing trade-offs across meetings, requests, and inbound opportunities.
- Anticipate needs with minimal direction, arriving with the context, materials, and recommended decision already prepared.
- Build and deploy AI agents that triage the CEO's inbox, surface what genuinely needs attention, and draft responses in his voice.
- Design dashboards that give the CEO a live view of priorities, commitments, and open follow-ups across the business.
- Automate the recurring work of the executive office, including scheduling, travel, briefing prep, and follow-up.
- Prototype internal tools that extend the CEO's reach, shipping quickly and iterating on what works.
- Evaluate new AI tooling continuously and fold the best of it into how the office of the CEO operates.
- Manage, route, and prioritize inbound communication, composing correspondence on behalf of the CEO with complete confidentiality.
- Prepare briefing materials ahead of every meeting so the CEO walks in with the context needed to decide.
- Serve as the liaison for team leads, board members, investors, and external partners, keeping communication open and responses moving.
- Track commitments made in meetings through to closure across departments.
- Review financial and legal documents ahead of CEO sign-off, flagging discrepancies, missing terms, and anything that warrants a closer look.
- Arrange travel end to end, including itineraries, agendas, and every document required for meetings on the road.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, offsites, and executive gatherings.
- Support projects across the CEO's wider portfolio, including outside investments and personal commitments, with the same standard of precision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 4+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
- Track record of owning a complex executive calendar and making judgment calls on access, priority, and trade-offs without oversight.
- A builder's mindset towards AI, with hands-on experience deploying agents and automation across inbox, scheduling, and…
