About the Role

A busy accounting firm in North Miami that specializes in taxes is seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join the team immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start an administrative career in a professional office setting. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, reliable, and able to communicate with Brazilian customers.

Important Requirement

Conversational Portuguese is required. If you do not speak Portuguese, you will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

+ Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

+ Communicate with customers in both English and Portuguese

+ Provide excellent customer service to clients, including Brazilian customers

+ Perform general administrative support duties

+ Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and organizing documents

+ Support the office team with day-to-day tasks

+ Use computers and office software to complete daily assignments

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Conversational Portuguese required

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Basic computer skills required

+ Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

+ Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required

+ Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
