Position: Entry-Level Administrative Assistant (Portuguese Required)
Description

A tax and accounting firm in North Miami is hiring an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join the office right away. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in person. The role will support daily office operations and assist with communication for Brazilian customers.

Responsibilities:

+ Answer and route incoming calls

+ Speak with clients in English and Portuguese

+ Provide customer service and assist with client communication

+ Perform data entry and general administrative support

+ Help organize files and office documents

+ Assist with scheduling and day-to-day office tasks

+ Use office computers and basic software programs efficiently

Requirements

+ Conversational Portuguese required

+ Strong phone and communication skills

+ Basic computer proficiency

+ Professional attitude and dependable work ethic

+ Ability to work onsite in North Miami

+ Willingness to learn and be trained

+ Administrative experience is a plus, but not required
