Small Endodontics Office - Position Overview
We are a small endodontics office located in Brickell and we are looking for someone to handle specific tasks.
Responsibilities- Help with the overflow of phone calls (not a heavy volume)
- Be in charge of insurance coordination and treatment planning/presentation (a few a day)
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and keep records updated
- Help with marketing efforts
- Assist in the office coordination
- Help the back to set up rooms if needed
- Learn to take CBCTs to help taking CBCTs
- Help the assistant with sterilization (not a heavy volume, only a few a day)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Around $25/hour, depending on experience and contribution

- Additional compensation for the right candidate upon proven competency
