We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support Paris Robbins, Chief BD Officer, in our fast-paced Miami office. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a high-performance business environment. The Executive Assistant will be the right hand to the CBDO, helping streamline operations, manage priorities, and general admin office support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the daily schedule, including meetings, travel, and calls.
- Manage pipeline through Salesforce
- Process applications and communication with high level partners.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide personal assistance as needed to enable the CBDO to maximize business performance.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Skills: Salesforce experience preferred, organizational skills, polished written/verbal communication.
- Mindset: Outgoing, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
