We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to leadership in Miami, Florida TO WORK ONSITE IN WEST KENDALL/ CUTLER BAY. This role focuses on keeping schedules organized, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring meetings run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing appointments effectively.
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itinerary preparation.
• Coordinate meeting logistics for leadership, including scheduling, agenda support, and follow-up on action items.
• Prepare executives for internal and external engagements by organizing materials and maintaining accurate schedules.
• Serve as a reliable point of coordination for time-sensitive administrative requests and shifting business needs.
