The opportunity

Delaware North Sport service is searching for a full-time Suites Support Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Suites Support Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks.

What will you do?
  • Enter and process all suite food and beverage orders, verify accuracy, and ensure all ordering channels are captured in the system
  • Prepare daily suites reports, sales and financial data, game day notes, and post-event reports and processing
  • Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish service levels and support menu planning
  • Coordinate the setup of luxury suites and pantries for game day service
  • Serve as a game day supervisor, support catered events, assist with team member scheduling and check-in, and help train game day team members
  • Maintain department filing systems, compose and process correspondence, answer the suite’s phone line, and support printing of signs and menus
  • Perform other duties as assigned
More about you
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures and operation of standard office equipment
  • Prior food and beverage service experience is required
  • Prior supervisory and guest relations experience is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Basic math skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
