An Office Manager job in Medley, FL is currently available s job is a full-time position with benefits. To be considered for this role, you will need a High school diploma or equivalent with typing, filing, data entry, transcribing, and general office management skills with two to five(+) years of previous office management experience. In this job, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to management and staff by coordinating office activities, maintaining records, managing communications, scheduling meetings, and assisting with special projects.
Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors while supporting management with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Quantum ERP experience is required. Due to the nature of the work being performed, US Citizenship is required.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
- Coordinate special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
- Manage daily office operations and administrative procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between departments and external contacts.
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and facility needs.
- Assist with purchase order and requisition processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent with typing, filing, data entry, transcribing, and general office management skills.
- Recommended minimum of two to five years of office admin and/or office management experience.
- Experience implementing corporate policies and procedures related to task execution.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Quantum ERP Software experience.
- Experience in an engineering environment is desired.
- Proficient data analysis and reporting experience.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
This is a full time direct role with a payrate of $75k - $85k annually, with benefits include, but are not limited to, health care, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.
