Oplu is leading the search for a Personal Assistant to a single ultra-high-net-worth Principal in Miami. The role sits within the Principal's Single Family Office, reports to the Chief of Administration, and works alongside another PA already in position.
This is a team-based private PA position. The centre of gravity is day-to-day principal-direct support and social coordination. The Principal entertains, but not every night; the Principal travels, but not every week. The Single Family Office runs like a private office: young, informal, fast, and judgement-led.
The role- Day-to-day private PA support to the Principal: diary, appointments, personal administration, correspondence.
- Team coverage alongside the other PA and Chief of Administration; clean handovers across locations and time zones.
- Light-touch lifestyle coordination: reservations, guest arrangements, Miami network maintenance.
- Light-touch travel coordination when the Principal is on the move.
- Personal shopping, sourcing, ad hoc errands, and household/supplier liaison.
- 1 to 3 years' experience as a PA, Lifestyle PA, or Private PA to a UHNW or HNW Principal, or a top-university graduate with strong principal-support internships.
- Strong academic background.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Additional languages welcome.
- Strong current working knowledge of Miami: restaurants, wellness, venues, and the service network a UHNW principal actually uses.
- Sharp judgement, socially confident, calm under pressure, discreet.
- Commercially motivated. Comfortable with a six-day week and a 24/7 availability mindset.
