Administrative Assistant – Clinical Research

Florida Clinical Trials Group is seeking a highly organized and dependable
Administrative Assistant
to support day-to-day clinical research operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple administrative priorities. We are looking for a person who
follows through, keeps information organized, tracks outstanding items, and helps ensure that important tasks do not get lost or delayed
.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting CTMS and study tracking activities
• Maintaining organized study and administrative records
• Assisting with invoice tracking, payment reconciliation, and documentation
• Coordinating vendor follow-up and administrative requests
• Supporting accounts receivable/accounts payable workflows
• Assisting with scheduling, document preparation, and internal communications
• Tracking outstanding tasks and following them through to completion
• Supporting clinical operations, regulatory, finance, and management teams as needed

The ideal candidate is
organized, reliable, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities without constant follow-up
.

Previous experience in healthcare, clinical research, medical offices, or administrative operations is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills are highly valued.

Success in this role means keeping processes organized, closing administrative loops, and helping the clinical research team operate efficiently.
