We are seeking an Office Coordinator to help create a welcoming, organized, and engaging office environment in a dynamic corporate setting.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in workplace management, facilities coordination, hospitality, community management, office operations, or employee experience who enjoys being hands-on and interacting with employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests.
- Coordinate day-to-day workplace and office operations.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, functional, and welcoming office environment.
- Partner with building management, vendors, and service providers as needed.
- Coordinate facilities requests, office maintenance, repairs, and general workplace needs.
- Monitor office supplies, amenities, and inventory and coordinate replenishment.
- Support employee events, office activities, and workplace engagement initiatives.
- Help create a positive and engaging employee experience.
- Respond quickly and professionally to workplace requests and unexpected issues.
- Coordinate meeting spaces, common areas, and other office logistics.
- Identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience and day-to-day office operations.
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Provide general administrative and operational support related to the workplace as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in workplace management, community management, hospitality, corporate office management, facilities coordination, or a similar environment.
- Strong customer service and employee-facing communication skills.
- Professional, polished presence with the ability to create a welcoming office environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to independently manage day-to-day workplace needs.
- Comfortable working in a fully on-site, employee-facing role.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing needs.
- Experience supporting workplace experience, employee engagement, office operations, facilities, or hospitality initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workplace needs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction.
