• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner

• Utilize language skills in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our diverse patient population

• Manage and maintain accurate records and data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Provide general administrative support to the facility, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

• Assist with scheduling appointments, testing, and therapies

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
