Description of the role:
As an experienced Mazda Parts Counterperson at Mazda of North Miami, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately identifying and delivering the right parts for their Mazda vehicles. Your expertise in automotive parts will be essential in helping our customers keep their vehicles running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and locate automotive parts for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and offering product recommendations
- Maintain an organized parts inventory
- Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with the service department to fulfill customer requests efficiently
- Prior experience working in Mazda automotive parts counter sales
- Strong knowledge of Mazda vehicle parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in parts identification
