• Greet customers
• Accurately document all customer concerns on work order
• Complete all documents required for repair order compliance
• Perform walk around video for vehicle condition proper documentation
• Responsible for communicating with customers / technicians / extended warranties and insurance companies for additional services/repairs recommended or needed
• Keep customers updated daily on their vehicle's status
• Answer phone calls for service questions
• Complete customer's active delivery process when ready

• Must have at least two years of dealer experience
• Strong teamwork skills
• Drug test and background check required
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Must comply and maintain BRAND training standards
• Job Type: Full-time

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
• Auto estimating: 1 year (Required)
• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)

• Pay: $85,000 to $120,000 per year
• Supplemental pay type: commission pay
