**** Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
* ** 3 TO 5 years of Experience, ONLY!
*** Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
* An understanding of the mechanical and technical
* Computer proficiency.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Team player
* Polished and professional
* Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
