About the Position

Braman Motors Service is looking for qualified persons to join our growing automotive Rolls‑Royce service department. Braman Motors of Miami is state‑of‑the‑art, world‑class automotive facility. We are looking for professional, quality‑oriented individuals to join our team and grow with us.

• Greet customers.
• Accurately document all customer concerns on work order.
• Complete all documents required for repair order compliance.
• Perform walk‑around video for vehicle condition proper documentation.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, extended warranties and insurance companies for additional services or repairs recommended or needed.
• Keep customers updated daily on their vehicle's status.
• Complete customer's active delivery process when ready.

• Must have at least two years of dealer experience.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Drug test and background check required.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Must comply and maintain BRAND training standards.
• Full‑time job type.

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)

Full‑time

$85,000 to $120,000 per year

• Commission pay.

• 8‑hour shift
