We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive departmental success.

• Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and distribution of automotive parts to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize costs.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the parts team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes productivity and professional growth.
• Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of service to our customers, both internal and external, by maintaining an efficient and well‑organized parts department.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure the best pricing and product availability.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the parts department’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Compliance: Ensure that all operations within the department comply with company policies and legal regulations.

• Experience: Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
• Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues promptly.
