Automotive Service Manager – Braman Miami seeks a dynamic and experienced leader to head our service department and uphold our commitment to excellence.

- Set clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance
- Recruit, train, and supervise service department personnel, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction by overseeing service quality, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a strong customer‑focused approach
- Develop and maintain an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
- Analyze and evaluate business and staff to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance
- Drive the business through a high level of involvement in day‑to‑day operations
- Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle technologies, and service techniques to provide expert guidance and ensure high-quality service standards
- Streamline service department processes, manage workflow, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Recruit and oversee staff within the service department, ensuring effective management and evaluating their customer service performance
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Director or similar role within the automotive industry
- In‑depth knowledge of automotive service operations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures
- BMW experience is a plus
- CDK experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- People oriented, earns customers and employee loyalty with a positive and energetic personality
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Starting at $160,000 - $200,000 per year

In person
Schedule:
Monday to Friday; weekends as needed; day shift
