Job Summary

QC Technician – Porsche North Miami (Holman family)

• Maintain the service lot and work alongside the service team.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly to ensure all maintenance or reconditioning work meets factory and dealership standards.
• Road test vehicles to confirm that all malfunctions have been resolved and no new issues are present.
• Identify missed mechanical flaws, safety hazards, or cosmetic defects (e.g., paint, panel alignment, or detailing issues) before the car is released.
• Act as a bridge between service, detailing, and sales departments to keep workflows moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, track recurring technical problems, and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.

• Technical automotive degree and/or related training (desired).
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Willingness to undergo background checks, drug testing, and physical examinations.

• Hourly pay range of $20.00–$25.40 USD, commensurate with skills, experience, and location.
