Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site Leadership Development Associate role located in Miami, FL. The Leadership Development Associate will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks associated with leadership development initiatives, team building, and performance evaluation. They will play a key role in cultivating leadership skills and fostering a culture of growth and development within the organization.
Base Pay Range$55,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr
Qualifications- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Analytical Skills
- Experience in Fundraising and Research
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship or related field
- Previous experience in sales, leadership development or a similar role is a plus
