Stores Associate – Job Description
Safe Tech USA is adding a Stores Associate to our team at our Miami, FL location.
The Stores Associate will need to perform a wide range of inventory activities to support the efficient operation of the Miami location.
Primary Duties- Stock shelves with received parts.
- Pull parts from shelves using very specific pick tickets.
- Prepare items for shipping as necessary.
- Continually organize warehouse space.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts on inventory.
- Maintain a highly accurate inventory.
- Partner with the Purchasing team to order parts and supplies as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison between your clients (internal and external).
- Support the facility & purchasing manager as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Advancement paths via purchasing or operations.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, scanning, and the ability to learn new software programs related to function.
- Self-starter.
- Detail-oriented.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests.
- Team-oriented.
- Clear communication skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
- Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions.
- Ability to bend, pull, stoop, and reach to perform functions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, and files.
