We Are Looking For

Sr. Operations Analyst

Mission

Reporting directly to the COO, the Sr. Operations Analyst is in charge of conducting and constantly improving operational and administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  • Operating and maintaining core business systems such as Addepar (a data aggregation and reporting system) and Practifi – Salesforce.
  • Organizing data for analytical report production.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the firm’s policies and procedures, including compliance-related operational tasks.
  • Performing operational tasks such as bill payments, document processing, preparing information for accountants and other service providers, and organizing company records.
  • Work closely with the CCO to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and internal policies.
  • Work closely with the CCO to conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with the CCO to stay informed about regulatory changes and update policies and procedures as needed.
  • HR routines such as payroll, benefit plans and performance evaluation program; responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees as needed.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with the COO to develop and execute financial plans and budgets.
  • Preparing documents and presentations.
  • Availability to work in-office from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Required Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • College degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese;
    Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to set priorities.
  • Proficiency in data management and data systems.
  • Ability to map processes and create procedures.
  • Highly analytical mindset and process improvement orientation.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional experience in a similar role (private banking or broker-dealer industry) is a plus.
  • Full understanding of financial markets.
  • Solid Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Practifi (Salesforce) and Addepar is a plus.
