We Are Looking ForSr. Operations Analyst
MissionReporting directly to the COO, the Sr. Operations Analyst is in charge of conducting and constantly improving operational and administrative functions.
Responsibilities- Operating and maintaining core business systems such as Addepar (a data aggregation and reporting system) and Practifi – Salesforce.
- Organizing data for analytical report production.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the firm’s policies and procedures, including compliance-related operational tasks.
- Performing operational tasks such as bill payments, document processing, preparing information for accountants and other service providers, and organizing company records.
- Work closely with the CCO to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and internal policies.
- Work closely with the CCO to conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance and mitigate risks.
- Work closely with the CCO to stay informed about regulatory changes and update policies and procedures as needed.
- HR routines such as payroll, benefit plans and performance evaluation program; responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees as needed.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the COO to develop and execute financial plans and budgets.
- Preparing documents and presentations.
- Availability to work in-office from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Skills and Abilities
- College degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
Spanish is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to set priorities.
- Proficiency in data management and data systems.
- Ability to map processes and create procedures.
- Highly analytical mindset and process improvement orientation.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Professional experience in a similar role (private banking or broker-dealer industry) is a plus.
- Full understanding of financial markets.
- Solid Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Practifi (Salesforce) and Addepar is a plus.
