Business Development Specialist

TMC USA is seeking a Business Developer to support the growth and continuity of our material

handling and automation business in the United States. The role focuses on developing new

business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and supporting the

management of engineering resources engaged on active projects. This position is designed for

a motivated professional who wants to grow into a full business management role within an

international engineering consultancy environment.

• Support sourcing and recruitment activities for new engineering resources to be hired within TMC
• Actively existing clients and identify new business needs within the material handling and intralogistics sector
• Support the development of new customer relationships and long-term partnerships
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and growth
• Act as a link between clients and assigned engineers to support engagement quality and satisfaction
• Support the operational follow-up of ongoing assignments, ensuring stability, performance, and retention
• Contribute to account development strategies aimed at expanding existing business
• Support commercial follow-ups, client communications, and internal coordination Activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related sectors
• 3+ years of experience in material handling and intralogistics industry
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-oriented mindset
• Strong proficiency in Excel and professional use of email and business communication tools
• Proficiency in English;
  Spanish or Italian will be considered as a plus for international project coordination
• Willingness to relocate to Miami, Florida
• Willingness to travel across North America for business development when required
