We’re Hiring | Sourcing Category Manager – Miami, FL
We’re expanding our Sourcing team and looking for an experienced Sourcing Category Manager to join Harvest Sensations in Miami.
This role is ideal for a sourcing professional with a strong fresh produce background who enjoys working closely with suppliers, market data, and live product to drive smart sourcing decisions.
What you’ll do:- Lead sourcing strategies for key produce categories
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
- Analyze market trends and category performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams
- Support purchasing decisions through hands‑on, in‑person product and quality reviews
- 4–7+ years of produce sourcing or category management experience
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
