Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Supervisor located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for managing procurement activities, negotiating contracts with vendors, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Additional tasks include coordinating deliveries, analyzing purchasing data, and optimizing processes to achieve quality and cost-efficiency. The role involves working closely with various departments to support operational needs.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Procurement, Contract Negotiation, and Vendor Management
- Experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Optimization
- Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
- Proficient in Analytical Problem-Solving and Data Analysis
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in procurement-related software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
