- Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience (high volume, lead generation, outbound prospecting), or 3+ years with relevant Uber experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience leading sales teams OR Equivalent internal Uber experience
- Previous experience on client-facing roles, leading teams with client-facing roles, or on a commercially‑adjacent Ops team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous sales leadership experience
- Extensive track record of coaching and developing people and building high-performing sales teams
- Experience using data to identify sales opportunities and improving team performance
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and partner management
- Experience project leading and being the point of contact to business
- Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross‑functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Customer Empathy - A customer‑first, customer‑always mindset and a passion for working directly with customers.
- Highly organized, proactive, responsive, and efficient. Detail‑oriented and results‑focused with a passion for project management.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication. Ability to be credible with senior audiences.
- Advanced in one or all of Google Sheets/Excel, Salesforce, SQL
For Miami, FL-based roles:
The base salary range for this role is USD $95,500 per year - USD $106,250 per year.
