Grove Stay | Full-Time | $65K Base + Performance Bonuses (Up to $100K OTE)
Grove Stay is a fast-growing SaaS platform in the U.S. short-term rental market, focused on operational automation, direct bookings, smart lock integration, and centralized property management.
We are expanding in Florida and looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead host acquisition and local market development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard short-term rental hosts
- Conduct cold and warm outreach
- Schedule and attend in-person meetings
- Support onboarding and platform activation
- Build relationships with local partners
- Maintain CRM discipline and reporting
- Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle
- Strong English (Spanish is a plus)
- Sales / Business Development experience
- CRM experience (Hub Spot preferred)
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- $65,000 annual base
- Performance bonuses (up to $100K OTE)
- Fuel reimbursement
- Expense compensation
