We’re looking for a business‑minded Senior Counsel to shape strategy and protect ADP’s Major Account Services and Human Resource Outsourcing businesses. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy solving complex legal challenges, and want to influence business outcomes at scale, let’s talk.
What You’ll Do- Advise leaders and teams on legal strategy, risk, and compliance for two of ADP’s largest business units.
- Resolve and manage disputes, negotiate settlements, and minimize risk with a strong focus on employer/employee tax and business outsourcing issues.
- Partner cross‑functionally with business and legal teams to support operations, marketing, and compliance initiatives.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes impacting ADP and drive solutions to meet evolving requirements.
- Simplify complex legal issues for non‑legal audiences and help shape business decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Juris Doctorate and admission to a U.S. state bar required.
- 8+ years’ legal experience, ideally a mix of in‑house and law firm; dispute resolution background preferred.
- Strategic advisor with a practical, business‑oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and judgment skills.
- Collaborative, self‑directed, and comfortable influencing across a matrixed organization.
- Experience in business services, outsourcing, or HCM technology is a plus.
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
- Some travel may be required.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits:
