Financial Service Representative - Miami Gardens Branch Location

Will be attending various events throughout Miami Dade and Broward County

Part-Time (25 hours a week). Times vary depending on events.

$20.50 per hour

This enthusiastic and dynamic individual will play a key role in representing our brand at various events and will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Business Development, and Community Engagement teams. The Mascot will also engage with employees to foster a positive and energetic workplace culture.

• Attend company events, community outreach activities, and promotional campaigns alongside the Marketing, Business Development, and Community Engagement teams.
• Interact with members, prospects, and the public to enhance the institution’s visibility and strengthen brand recognition
• Act as a fun and energetic ambassador for the financial institution, always maintaining a positive and approachable persona.
• Engage with employees, creating excitement and a sense of camaraderie through various events and activities.
• Participate in internal events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives to boost morale.
• Collaborate with the Chief Experience Officer to create new ways to promote our brand and mission through creative engagement at events and within the workplace.
• MUST be available to work evening and weekend events.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Energetic, charismatic, and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging people.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Comfortably performing in a mascot costume and attending various events.
• Ability to work well with others, especially cross-functional teams.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for the financial institution’s mission and values.
